Important Information about Food Pick Up:
Since we cannot see you face to face, we will be posting a variety of daily challenges for you as well as any other resources which could be helpful.
If you complete a challenge and would like to take a picture to be shared on our Facebook, Twitter, or our Kellom Homepage, be sure to email it to Mrs. Proulx-Herron (email@example.com)
Friday, April 3rd: Brrr! It's cold outside! Cuddle up under a blanket and read a story.
Thursday, April 2nd: Build a bridge out of materials you find at home. Test your bridge to see if it will still hold up if you add weight to it.
Wednesday, April 1st: Tell someone a joke. If you don't know any jokes, check out BrainPop for suggestions.
Tuesday, March 31st: Write a Thank You or draw a picture for someone who works at a hospital, police department, fire department, or grocery store. Even if you don't know someone who works at one, you can still make one and choose a place to mail it to.
Monday, March 30th: Go on a rainbow scavenger hunt. Use the guidelines below, or make your own.
Kellom opened in November 1952 at 1311 North 24th Street. Currently, Kellom Elementary serves around 300 students in Early Childhood through sixth grade. The diverse school community provides many learning opportunities for all students. Kellom Elementary has an active Parent-Teacher Organization (PTO) and enjoys support from many Adopt-a-School partners, such as, Creighton University, Alegent Health, Hearthstone Homes, and Metro Area Transit.
During our Distance Learning Time, don't forget about the Library and Technology tabs which are filled with resources! The passwords for our databases are in the packets you picked up. If you did not receive one of those, please email Mrs. Proulx-Herron so that she can send you the information. (firstname.lastname@example.org)
Our new phone number is (531) 299-1680
